Her lawyer said on Friday that Greek MP Eva Kaili intends to return to her duties in the European Parliament next week after being released from house arrest pending trial. “Next week, she will be in the European Parliament to carry out her duties,” Kylie’s Greek lawyer, Michalis Dimitrakopoulos, told Greece’s Sky TV. Dimitrakopoulos said she would also ask the chamber to determine whether her surveillance, arrest and imprisonment violated her rights as an MEP.
